RT25 Receiver & Barrel Block

The receiver and barrel block are the foundation of any high‑performance shotgun. These critical components directly influence strength, durability, lock‑up integrity, and long‑term shooting performance. In precision firearms like the RT25 shotgun, engineering excellence in these parts ensures consistent reliability and extended service life.

With repeated firing, even the finest shotguns can develop microscopic tolerances caused by natural wear. Over time, these gaps may affect shotgun accuracy, mechanical sensitivity, and overall shooting confidence. The solution lies in superior material selection and precision manufacturing.

The RT25 receiver and barrel block are CNC‑machined from solid 4140-grade steel, a premium alloy widely recognized in the firearms industry for its exceptional strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Each component is manufactured using advanced computer-controlled machining technology, ensuring exact tolerances and structural integrity.

Following machining, every receiver and barrel block is meticulously hand-finished by experienced craftsmen. This combination of modern CNC precision and traditional gunsmith craftsmanship guarantees optimal fit, flawless operation, and long-term durability.

When you choose the RT25 shotgun, you are investing in a firearm built on one of the strongest receiver systems in its class — engineered for reliability, precision, and a lifetime of performance.

RT25 Barrel Technical Details

The barrel is one of the most critical components of any shotgun, directly affecting accuracy, pellet dispersion, balance, and shooting comfort. To achieve consistent performance and decisive results in competition, barrel material, manufacturing method, and dimensional precision must meet the highest standards.

The RT25 barrel is manufactured from premium 4140-grade alloy steel, selected for its exceptional strength and durability. Using advanced CNC-controlled deep-hole drilling technology, each barrel is produced to exact specifications for optimal weight distribution, balance, and shot consistency.

Precision manufacturing is only part of the process. To ensure long-term performance, the interior of the RT25 barrel is finished with white glossy hard chrome plating, providing superior resistance to wear and corrosion. The exterior is protected with black hard chrome plating, offering additional durability against environmental conditions and extended use.

Through careful material selection, precise machining, and advanced protective coatings, the RT25 barrel delivers reliable performance and long-lasting strength — giving shooters complete confidence in every shot.

Trigger Group Technical Details

RT25 Trigger Group

RT25 Trigger Group

The trigger group plays a critical role in delivering a precise and consistent shot. In a competition shotgun, the correct trigger pull weight and a crisp, clean break directly influence accuracy, control, and overall shooting performance.

The RT25 trigger is engineered with a pull weight between 1300–1600 grams, a range widely preferred by competitive shooters for optimal balance and control. Carefully designed internal geometry ensures a sharp, clear trigger break, reducing unnecessary finger strain and promoting consistent target acquisition.

For added reliability in competition environments, the RT25 features a tool‑less removable trigger group, allowing quick and easy replacement if needed — minimizing downtime during an event.

Additionally, the trigger offers 10 mm of forward and backward adjustment, enabling shooters to customize trigger reach for ideal comfort and personal fit.

The result is a competition-ready trigger system built for precision, reliability, and adaptability.
